					<description>You are completely correct; losing weight is hard work. Healthy eating and exercise is key. Also, every now and again, when you hit a goal, indulge yourself. Learning that you can still indulge within a limit is important, and knowing this: one mistake doesn't ruin everything, and neither does two or three, as long as you get right back to it. Never quit!</description>
