					<description>I do agree Nash. Will power and strong resolve are handy in overcoming temptations of junk food or overeating. Most people do not have the habit of exercising their will power. As a result their will power is weak and they complaint and exercising will power is useless.

The fact of the matter might be that they find it useless because their will power is so weak. And 9 times out of 10 they might succumb to the temptations of sweets, overeating or unhealthy eating.</description>
