Start Using Your Head and Avoid the Weight-Loss Nonesense

Most people who lose weight regain it (over 95%) because they haven’t really changed their attitude or thinking. They change their behaviors for a while but deep (deep, deep) down they haven’t really changed their core thinking, beliefs, attitudes or standards. On a subconscious level many people are waiting for it to be over.

Yes, there’s very much truth on this fundamental idea: attitude and mindset are really the ones to be change when trying to lose weight. It’s like the famous “paradigm shift” that everyone knows about. But it is not what you know, but it is how you change your heart and mind on it - that will result into action, and will result to a successful outcome. It’s all in the head, baby!
