Sound advice. These are really 4 simple steps to start an exercise habit : set an easy goal, log it, tell others about it, and keep motivated! Really sounds simple, but it’s up to us to keep on following it. Good luck :-)

    The problem is when exercise is already integrated into a weekly routine, it just becomes boring. Another way to spice it up is by engaging an exercise partner, so you can grow with him/her on your fitness goal.
