					<description>Funny, some people don't realize that Soda does Hydrate.  Yes, there is caffeine which dehydrates, but the amount of water in the soda completely outweighs the caffeine.</description>

					<description>Even though a lot of drinks hydrate, many of them are filled with sugar and chemicals that have no nutritional value.  I try to drink mostly water - it's free and isn't loaded with sugar, like those popular energy drinks that everyone loves.  Milk is great, too.  I'll have 2-3 glasses a day - calcium is good for you and ultimately helps you lose fat.</description>
