In humans and many other animals, males age faster and die earlier than females. This research shows why females last longer than their counterparts. The researchers explained that among males in polygynous species, as competition for sex grows more intense, each male on average has less time to breed. As such, there is no strong incentive to evolve longevity among males in such species.
I say that its simply the life of having to live with a woman, makes it a shorter life than that of the woman. Joke!

Most people who lose weight regain it (over 95%) because they haven’t really changed their attitude or thinking. They change their behaviors for a while but deep (deep, deep) down they haven’t really changed their core thinking, beliefs, attitudes or standards. On a subconscious level many people are waiting for it to be over.
Yes, there’s very much truth on this fundamental idea: attitude and mindset are really the ones to be change when trying to lose weight. It’s like the famous “paradigm shift” that everyone knows about. But it is not what you know, but it is how you change your heart and mind on it - that will result into action, and will result to a successful outcome. It’s all in the head, baby!

You don’t want to spend long hours at the gym, but you want to get stronger, fitter, leaner, and just plain look good. It’s possible that you’re not getting the most out of your workout time. It’s possible to get a super-effective workout in 30 minutes, and only do a few workouts a week, if you maximize your workouts.
Zenhabits’ 16 tips are true. I particularly like the tip of lifting heavier weight.
” When you’re starting out, it’s best to start with lower weights so you can focus on good form. But once you’ve gotten your form down, it’s best to lift the heaviest weights you can lift while still keeping good form. Don’t sacrifice form for heavy weights — that is ineffective. But heavy weights, with good form, can give you better results in a shorter amount of time. Heavy weights are not just for those who want to bulk up — that’s a common misconception. “
